WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT ?

You can pay by credit card or direct debit. Once your order has been received, an invoice will be sent to you by e-mail within 1-2 days.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?

If you are not satisfied with your Spartan Warrior purchase, send it back within 14 days for a refund. The merchandise needs to be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged with the tag still intact. You will be refunded the full value of your purchase minus the shipping costs and any customs duties, taxes, clearance, and handling fees, which are non-refundable because they are paid to third parties.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER ?

Once we receive your return and it complies with our Return Policy, we will refund your original mode of payment.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF THE PACKAGE I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED ?

Do not accept the package from the delivery service if it appears to be visibly damaged. Return it back to the transport company. Spartan Warrior will re-process your order and send you a new package as soon as possible.

 

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY ?

If you would like to exchange your product, please complete and follow the instructions on the Return/Exchange Form, which can be found in your package.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT ?

 I PROVIDED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO ?

Once your item has already been shipped, you will be provided with tracking code that can be used for DHL system. Address can be changed there.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. This can be done by contacting our customer service team on  vodickova@spartanwarrior.eu

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?

Once your order has been sent, you will automatically receive a tracking code on the e-mail address you provided.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY ORDER WENT THROUGH ?

Each order will be automatically confirmed immediately after we receive it. You will receive a notification by e-mail. If you have placed an order but did not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact our customer service team on vodickova@spartanwarrior.eu
